At MiTek we believe that our people are at the heart of what we do. The health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, sub-contractors and customers is of paramount importance to us. All our office and site staff receive safety training which are regularly reviewed. Our aim is to eliminate and reduce risks by continuously improving our procedures and professional training. We do everything we can to avoid injuries and we won’t be happy until that number is ZERO.
To help us achieve ZERO harm and minimise our environmental impact MiTek has invested in an online induction platform to support all our employees and sub contractors. All site staff and those visiting our construction sites will be asked to pass the mandatory online Health, Safety and Environmental induction course prior to attending site.
