Matt Loveday
Managing Director, Mezzanine Systems
Matt has been part of the company since 2005 when it was called Mezzanine International. He is driven in upholding MiTek’s reputation for excellent quality, continuous innovation and business integrity. He is also passionate about service delivery and enhancing efficiency in order to secure time and cost savings for customers. Working his way up from our installation team through management roles to Operations Director and now MD of MiTek's mezzanine product line, Matt has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the mezzanine industry. He is an F1 enthusiast, devoted family man and football fan.
Keith Aldrich
Procurement & Contracts Director
Keith has extensive experience leading supply chain and procurement transformation projects and supply processes in civil engineering, construction, infrastructure and building environments. He is the guardian of our supply chain, ensuring that our suppliers provide excellence in manufacturing and meet the highest health & safety standards. His team manages our UKCA and CE marking to ensure that all our mezzanine products comply with the UK and European quality standards of manufacturing. He is passionate about staff development and has a keen interest in sailing.
Phil Prescott
Group Commercial Manager
Phil has been part of MiTek for over 5 years. He is an important member of our Senior Leadership team, and has played a key role in moving our commercial functions forward to meet the continued growth of the business. Phil leads and manages our Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, and Insurance functions for MiTek's mezzanine product line, both here in the UK and EU. A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Phil has over 15 years’ experience in both industry and practice, working with a wide range of businesses within the industrial sector.
Rob Card
Technical Director, Mezzanine Systems
Rob is a 3D mezzanine design expert, skilled in spotting potential pitfalls in clients' plans and responding with fit-for-purpose mezzanine floor solutions that are both cost-effective and future-proofed. He has a passion for football coaching, design software development and immersive 3D communication technology.
Geoff Green
UK Sales Director, Mezzanine Systems
Geoff is a commercially astute technical mezzanine specialist with more than 30 years of dedicated industry experience. He is proficient in all areas of mezzanine design, production and construction, having detailed, fabricated and installed structures himself. He brings this extensive knowledge and expertise to product development initiatives and project problem solving, so customers actively seek out his advice on all elements of their mezzanine installation projects. Geoff is passionate about innovation, family, travel and rugby.
Christine Pilbeam
Marketing Manager EMEA
As MiTek's Marketing Manager for the UK and Europe, Christine is responsible for creating the marketing strategy for the business and implementing the detailed marketing plan. She is a member of the wider Global Marketing team at MiTek, where her international commercial background and mother-tongue German are great assets. Over the past 20 years Christine has worked in various online and offline marketing roles in the UK, USA, Germany and Poland. She enjoys learning new skills and spending time with her family.
